Week 46&47: Winter Monsoon
What uppp fam and friends! It's been a minute since I've written an email so I'm excited to send one out quick.
Bueno I'm still here in Tomé with my Brazilian companion Elder Paiva. The past two weeks have been nuts. One of the reasons is because we are literally in a winter monsoon here in Chile. It hasn't stopped raining for like a week and it's gonna keep going throughout this week. We walk outside and it's like a bucket of ice cold water is being dumped on you. I've been having to drag my companion out of the house hahaha.
We have been working a lot with our recent converts lately and helping them get their temple recommended to go to the temple! It's super exciting finding these people in the street, teaching them until they get baptized, and then seeing them getting interviewed by bishop to get a temple recommend. It's a different type of joy that I've ever felt before watching this process!
We have transfers this next week so we will see what happens. I've been in this area for 3 transfers so I'll probably be leaving. We gotta just wait and see. #Godsplan haha
Don't got much more time but I'm doing great down here in Chile! There is a lot of people ready to hear the gospel. Espero que tengan una buena semana. Send prayers. God lives
