Week 78&79: Daily Restoration

What's up everyone!! These past two weeks have been incredible and im excited to catch you guys up a bit. To start we had transfers and I'm staying here in Linares! It's been an average of 94 degrees the past few days. Never felt anything like it. But luckily I'm starting to get usted to it and nothing can stop God's work! My companion Elder Ribeiro got transferred:( Definitely one of my favorite companions I've had. He taught me that we aren't anything with the holy ghost. Many times throughout the day we would pray to ask God to show us the way. And thanks to this we saw many miracles together. My new companion is Elder Zapata from Argentina! I was actually his district leader foreverrrr ago so it's super fun being together.

The family we have been teaching keeps progressing! The mom yessenia gets baptized this Sunday!! And the dad Francisco we found out he got baptized in santiago when he was 9 years old and we actually found his records in his old ward! So yessenia will be the only one in white but it has been an incredible experience teaching all of them. In every lesson we have with them we are 100% focused on the temple and that's where they both need to be. Yessenia has her baptism interview tomorrow so pray everything goes well!

The restoration of the gospel is the most amazing demonstration of God's love for his children. It is definitely my favorite lesson to teach here in the mission. When the friends we teach have that click and the puzzle starts making sense, it's one of the greatest feelings ever. I will never get tired of testifying about God's restored church. I will never stop doing the spiritual work to have a daily restoration. Having a daily infusion of heavenly light like Elder Uchtdorf shared in a talk awhile back. I pray daily that God will strengthen my testimony about the restoration. And as of now he has done so!! I love you all. Thanks for all the love and support!
God lives
